The event that you have been waiting and talking about all year is fast approaching and here are few things we need your assistance with. Wine, Wine and more Wine!! We are still in need of wine donations. Now is the time to clean out your wine cabinet and donate those bottles with a $20 value. Please drop off at Leah Kellum’s at 1045 Crystal Ct where there will be a storage box with tax-deductible forms to fill out. Prom Kings and Queens in Training (AKA Class Projects) PRE - AUCTION Event WA children have been working diligently to contribute to the auction through Class projects! These projects are a very important part of the Auction fundraiser, and a wonderful way for every family to contribute to Auction whether you are attending the event or not. Come see what your Prom King and Queen has been up to as they contribute their art to the Walnut Acres Prom Auction! This year the projects will be displayed PRE - AUCTION in the Multi Use Room during the following times: * Wednesday, March 7 from 11 am - 1:30 pm * Thursday, March 8 from 2 pm - 3:30 pm * Friday, March 9 from 7:30 - 8:30 am and 2 - 3:30 pm We are asking for a $20 donation or any amount is appreciated! You will also receive your child’s beautiful artwork at this time. Fun Raffles We still have raffles up for grabs in our Catch a Star Raffle where just $50 will enter you in for a chance to win your choice from a selection of highly coveted Live Auction Items! Don't forget about the Punch for Pizazz Raffle where each ticket (1 for $25 or 3 for $50) comes with a delicious drink. The lucky winner of this raffle will win an exquisite diamond necklace from our Auction jewelry sponsor! Volunteer For those of you that are not attending the Auction – Volunteer! Volunteer shifts are 1 hour, wild and crazy! Your volunteering includes access to bid on the silent auction items, participation in the raffles and dancing all night long!
